There’s something new taking shape at The Uplands, and it’s been fun to finally share it.
We had a great turnout at our Hardhat & Hot Dog event, and it couldn’t have been a better day—sunny, warm, and with the meadow already starting to bloom. Being able to walk through the homes in framing gave everyone a real sense of how these new plans will live.
The Villa Series came out of a lot of conversations with people who love the community here, but don’t necessarily need the larger footprint of our Plateau homes. These designs take a slightly more streamlined approach, with a simpler starting point for finishes so buyers can decide what matters most to them.
It also gave us the opportunity to introduce homes in the low $1.2 million range—something we haven’t had before at The Uplands—while still offering the same ~¼ acre homesites and close proximity to the clubhouse, pool, and pickleball courts. Several of the homes back directly to the Woodland Meadow, which is especially beautiful this time of year.
With most of our quick move-in homes now sold, this feels like a natural next step for the community—and a new way for people to find their place here.
