We moved into our beautiful new home 3 weeks ago. After touring the model home w/Jayci, we settled on the Maxwelton plan. My husband is a retired home builder so a big part of our decision to buy was the fact Landed Gentry offers semi custom design/build process. They accommodated all of modification requests which made our home extra special. The design process w/Angela was smooth and enjoyable (you get to choose flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, etc). The sales staff is very professional and responsive (Jayci, Krystal, Tony and Tina) and the construction supervisor Jack is truly amazing. He has gone the extra mile to ensure we LOVE our new home. The location of the Uplands is breathtaking. While deep in Suncadia (10 minutes from the lodge) it is only an 8 minute drive through beautiful wildness to Roslyn. We love the fact we can enjoy the wonderful shops and restaurants there while also taking advantage of what Suncadia has to offer. Coming soon to our neighborhood is our own clubhouse, pickle ball court and pool. We can't wait for that to open in the next month or so.
Landed Gentry has done a tremendous job with our new house. Beginning with our initial meeting with the Sales Team (Jayci and Krystal), folllowed by multiple interactions with the Design Team (Angela) we have been extremely impressed with the clear and concise communcation and service throughout the entire process. We recently moved into our house at The Uplands and the craftsmanship and overall quality are top notch. I have never left a review before, but felt like this expierence deserved some attention. I can not believe how happy I am with my completed home, the guidance I got in choosing decor was excellent, and it is gorgeous. I am now living my dream, close to my grandkids and making lots of new friends. This is the best place ever!
We’ve been very pleased with our house here in Sedro-Woolley. Great location and wonderful house. The Superintendent is amazing, and very responsive. He’s been going above and beyond for us! The crew are very hard workers!
