Meet Our Team

Brian has spent a lifetime around real estate and construction. Brian has long focused on planning places that support people in how they actually live and work. He works collaboratively with the team and consultants to design and build thoughtful designed communities that allow people to live their lives better.

Brian also has a background in energy, infrastructure and public affairs. He is a graduate of Washington State University. When not building, Brian spends time with his family at their home in Anacortes, reading, enjoying the beach, and doing just about anything on the water.

Kendra has almost two decades of Landed Gentry in her blood, and leads the sales and marketing team, where she has played a key role in shaping the ideals of Landed Gentry, and sharing the unique story.

Kendra serves as a key member of the Landed Gentry executive team and board. She is a graduate of the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University. Kendra and her family live in Edmonds.

Sandra has been employed by Landed Gentry Development, Inc. since October of 2017.  Her previous employment was as the COO and CFO for Village Life, Inc. Prior to being in the Residential Development and home building industry, her previous employment was in the banking industry.

She has extensive experience working as a consultant, Executive Vice President and CFO for Venture Financial Group Inc and Venture Bank among several other organizations and banks. Sandra has a B.S. degree in Business Administration emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Central Washington University. She has been a tremendous addition to the Landed Gentry team.

Art leads the operations of Landed Gentry’s homebuilding and site development teams. He has extensive background in construction, beginning with hands on construction through construction management for some of the Puget Sound region’s largest builders.
