Susie Heller: Selections Coordinator 360-755-9021 ext. 30
Susie is a Selections Coordinator, which means she is one of the main contacts a customer will maintain throughout their home-building experience with Landed Gentry.
"We start working with the clients at the blueprint stage," she explains, "and assist them with all the decisions about customizing their homes."
This includes their choice of door styles, plumbing fixtures, carpets and floor coverings, and even the type of heating to be installed. It’s a long process covering many areas of the build. The Selections Coordinator is there to inform, answer questions, solve any problems that arise, be the construction liaison, and generally make the process go smoothly.
"I love being able to help the customers fulfill their dreams for their new home." says Susie. "I am so fortunate to work where I get paid to have fun. The Gentry Family treats us employees very well. Their support and servant spirit passes on to customers as well."
Susie, with husband, Jerry, resides in Burlington and has worked for Landed Gentry since 2005.
Debbie Boffey: Selections Coordinator 360-755-9021
The prospect of making all the decisions involved in building and decorating a new house can be overwhelming. As a Selections Coordinator, Debbie helps break that process down into small, manageable pieces, walking the customer through step by step and overseeing the many details.
"The best thing is to see the look on their faces when their house is complete, and they know they accomplished what they set out to do – to make a beautiful home."
Debbie came to Landed Gentry in 2007, with a background in construction, design, and flooring. She’s a long-time resident of Skagit Valley, raising three children in Bow. She appreciates the quality and efficiency of the company, as well as their customer service.
"You can tell they really care about the customers," she says. "And they give their employees the freedom to use their talents and personalities to help the customers create the home they want."
